I’m a private chef and culinary consultant for local food chains, specializing in gourmet on-site meals and catering for events in Central Florida and the Caribbean. I was born in the Caribbean to European parents and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, having majored in Hotel Business Administration at a prestigious college in Barcelona, Spain. I also studied oenology and completed my studies in Events Management.
Over the past 20+ years in the hotel industry, I have worked as a culinary arts teacher, private caterer, and Food & Beverage Director for five-star hotels.
I’m passionate about Mexican and Mediterranean gastronomy and their cultural heritage, but I’ve traveled across the world to learn about, respect, and celebrate many different cuisines and their unique culinary histories.
Additionally, I have extensive experience in Tequila, Rum, and wine pairing, having worked with various distillery brands to curate menus for different pairings and chef’s tables.
I’m bilingual and consider myself a culinary storyteller. As a private chef, my job is to craft and customize unique menus every day for an extraordinary dining experience. I hold a ServSafe Certification, am a Florida DBPR contracted food safety provider, and possess a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for third-party general liability.
